Same way it's tricky to ask if Google or YouTube or any other hosting entity should remove content based on [name your reasons]. I didn't say it was wrong to say "yes, pull this vile poo poo off Kickstarter," just that there's an interesting debate or discussion to be had about what the right thing is to do.
