I know he's barely on but I kind of liked the idea of Bowie ACTUALLY being the sovereign. Though with all the twists in that episode I am not sure what to believe anymore.

No one from OSI even knows they exist though right? I just remember them taking King Gorilla's heart for Monstroso's operation. Publick and Hammer are just great at world building, even it doesn't really go anywhere.
