not cool. the only reason that I could get away with changing sadie's name from bebe to sadie was because she is not a famous kitty. also because she totally is a sadie and not a bebe.

seriously, changing pet names is totally cool if it's not a famous animal. at a certain point, you're stuck.

refurb was Tinkerbell and i changed that right away because wtf. now if you scan refurb's chip, it will come up as Kepler. because, you know, tycho and kepler. I'm a huge dork. also I don't call her kepler much anymore thanks to you all.

there was a skinny black cat sitting by the catnip plant on my back steps tonight. as soon as i opened the door, it took off.

i hope it comes back and is friendly so i can take it to feline rescue and get it a good home like i did for that other cat.
