'77 Mercury Grand Marquis was my first car, and it had power windows. One of the few things that still worked on the car by the time I owned it. Edit: Googled it. GM had a standard power window package available in 1947. Maybe they mean kids of the 1890s? Edit:

A little primer: In Mafia Wars, a social game you can play on Facebook, there exist different cities you can travel between and do stuff in, including fight other players. Today, Las Vegas was closed off to players because it was obsolete in game terms (you couldn't get anything from it that you couldn't get better versions of somewhere else). Some were upset about it, some confused and some stoic or accepting. Some were whatever this is: Actually, thinking about it, I don't think context makes any difference here. It's like watching two babies babbling at each other in a way that somewhat resembles a conversation.
