Oh, he's loving stupid. There's no question about that. He has a certain kind of "low cunning" in that he will conspire with Johnny Fratto to get plugs or conspire against Johnny Fratto to get free trips to gently caress whores, but he pulls these things off very badly because he lacks the ability to think things through.

The show really showcases the different levels of stupidity a stupid person can be at. Eric is just smart enough to know he's stupid and get upset by it. Someone like Beetlejuice doesn't know he's stupid at all. Then you have people like Gary the Retard who know they're stupid but are pretty much okay with it.

I can't find what year it's from but the porn star Savannah and Bob Levy come in along with Beetlejuice and at some point Savannah let's out that she met Artie somewhere and then strung him along while never actually planning to gently caress him(while some point down the line she fucks Levy) and Artie just spends the rest of the interview in just this vicious passive-aggressive phase where he destroys her. At one point the guys are trolling Beetlejuice with Iron Sheik drops and Artie takes his Sheik impression and uses it to make fun of her for being a whore. To her credit she handles it with class by mostly ignoring it but Levy, a guy she's hosed and someone she seems to think is her friend, is sitting right beside her in hysterics from what Artie is saying.

If Eric the Midget were able to get around, would he commit High-Pitch Eric kinds of fraud? Maybe he's just doing the leeching thing because he can't finagle money out of people with other tactics.

Absolutely. And you know, it's not entirely his fault. I'm sure his parents spoiled him as a kid and bought him... well, whatever you buy a kid who basically can't do anything. His parents have a "lake house" so obviously they've got money to spend. They probably realized he was a miserable sack of poo poo in his mid-20s and cut him off then so he could live in disability payments. This just fueled his inner rage! He was 27 when he first called into the show (wikipedia actually has an entry for ETM, holy poo poo), I imagine he quickly started thinking that the show "owed him" in return for getting to make fun of him. I wonder how long it took him before he started asking for stuff.

All of this is conjecture, but the funny thing about ETM is he would never actually tell you the truth of it. If you tweet at him "Why don't your parents help you out financially, Eric?" he'd be all "gently caress YOU STUPID DUMBSHIT!"

I find it really odd that he never plays the disability card. Like he never says, "I want ringside WWE tickets because I'm in a wheelchair and have lived 15 years past what any doctor ever thought." He just assume that once he demands something, people will give it to him.

I've said it 100 times but I would love for his parents to come in and be analyzed. I assume they thought the guy would never live past puberty so they tried to make him as happy as they could.

That's a good question, actually: Eric was obviously handled with kid gloves due to his diabilities, and that could have stunted him into a state of constant helplessness. Not that this excuses his behavior, but I imagine an Eric that was full-bodied and not a sack of poo poo could have turned out differently. It's just so hard to see how much of his behavior is based in his disabilities. Would he still be an imbecile, or be so clueless when it comes to reading other people? It's hard to say.

He does play the disability card with Johnny to some extent. Remember that time he was begging for a phone after spending all of his money on gifts and 'really hating Christmas?' Not to mention his bitching about how Johnny Junior gets expensive gifts while Eric the Midget gets nothing? Eric doesn't say it out loud, but he knows how to beg without begging in this regard.

And I back getting Eric's parents in studio. That would answer so many questions. Especially since Eric has mentioned that earlier in his 'career' that his parents wanted him off the air because it was embarrassing.

I think there was a Howard TV episode with Siobhan and her/his two daughters, who were surprisingly very attractive. I felt really bad seeing these two normal ordinary girls interact with their freakshow of a dad who basically lost his mind and dignity a long time ago.

Last time I remember hearing her on the show was when Martine (the trans woman who invented satellite radio) was on. Jeff the Drunk calls in still, but gets cut off in favor of Bobo calling in to ask if Howard has ever licked Beth's rear end or whatever. Bigfoot has been replaced with "Bigfoot Jr". Howard "doesn't have time" to hear out the ongoing hilarity that is Debby the Pet Lady and rear end Napkin Ed. Everybody else has stopped calling in (or is dead or in Elliot Offen's case, banned).

There is a Siobhan pack on youtube that I listened to recently and they had a listener attempt to have sex with her. They went back to Siobhan's filthy squatter's hovel and he couldn't get it up, even with a porno magazine. They then had a bisexual listener who came in and had sex with her briefly but he went limp after about a minute.

I think of all the wack packers, listeners and guests, Siobhan is the vilest of them all. Grosser than High Pitch Eric, ETM, and Beetlejuice combined. Does anyone know what happened to Siobhan? Looks like all the good bits with her dried up like 4-5 years ago along with the rest of the show.

Some caller agreed to it and they were on the air both before and after the sex. I think(really not sure because who wants to remember something like this) there was some crude penetration but the guy basically couldn't keep it up so it ended super fast or something.

This is why I think satellite killed the show.
Over the years we had a lot of wack packers come and go, but with the pay wall of sirius there you cut out a lot of the weirdos who sit at home listening to the radio all day.

Holy poo poo, this show is terrible.

It's a really terribly edited show. I feel like it could be good. Howard is really good at the reality competition show format, but you only get 4-5 minutes of him per episode and it's not worth sitting through all the quick edits, the crying family montages, and Nick Cannon mugging for the camera.

The show was legitimately confusing when I watched it. The quick cuts and the fact that they show the act and the people so many times before it actually goes on disoriented me while watching it. I was always legitimately surprised when their act was over or was going on. I expected the typical format of "Intro, Bio on their past and why they want to win, Interviews with them dubbed over shots of them practicing, Introducing them to the judges who drop a few quick jokes, Performance, Judging" but it was more like shots of their actual performance, Nick Cannon being obnoxious, Howie being obnoxious, and suddenly they're being judged.

The show is still pretty bad but I feel like it's a lot better than last year. The editing has improved and the talent seems to be a whole lot better. I think we would all prefer the show if it was just Howard judging and maybe throw in Ralph with a laser pointer.

Has anyone listened to this week's shows? Just catching up on Monday's ep now, and Howard starts off complaining about how the judges wanted him to throw a dinner party at his place, he refused, Beth agreed and did all the work preparing it, and then he complained for 10 minutes about how some of them showed up late.
