Thick. Juicy. Tender.

Imagine cutting into a Barry White Song.
So in 220 they talk about this book called The Three Christs of Ypsilanti. I just got it from amazon and I'm like ten pages in and this is already the wildest poo poo I've ever read. I'm totally gonna call seth when I finish it after like 16 hours straight of hot christ-on-christ-on-christ action.

Yeah they did that when I used to live in Orlando, too. Those parking guys act like it's an actual police state with those rules.

Another million dollar idea stolen from Seth and Jonathan. Only came to me because I'd just heard them propose that exact idea on one of the Best Of Collections ('12 I think). Speaking of, was just listening to the '07 one and this Giuliani clip absolutely killed me - Seth's line at the end is absolutely brilliant.

At one point my hometown (Ann Arbor) was giving out steeper fines for illegal parking than for possession of marijuana up to a certain amount. That might still be the case, honestly. I haven't been back for an extended period of time in a number of years.

I watched some tow truck show and it was pretty brutal. These dudes were getting all excited about towing some guy who'd parked his car in an empty grocery store lot at night and saying things like "He knows you can't park there, this is what he gets. You can't just be parking there. That's private property. I hate scum like this." and all I could think about was how he's not harming anybody and the poor guy's going to have to pay hundreds of dollars and lose a day trying to get his car back.

To be fair, at least on Parking Wars, MOST of the time the people getting ticketed were A) clearly breaking the law and b) doing so in a way that was a massive problem. Double parking in downtown philly during rush hour kind of poo poo. Also, if you were polite and they'd hadn't started printing the ticket yet they would generally let it go if you were there and immediately fixed the problem.

Tow truck driver sounds like a dick, though.

I haven't seen it in a while but I recall it being pretty nuts. They basically just park expensive SUVs in poor neighborhoods with the doors unlocked and the keys sitting in plain sight. It's entrapment 101 really.

Every time Seth says "Schneere and Latern" now since the show they made them up in, I think I'm going to die of laughter. I can't take it. Still I hope he never stops.

I also love how they both, but mostly Seth, still reference J-Dawggs jerkin' it to bodybuilders story from like the first few episodes. Through episode 145 now and they still reference it covertly from time to time.

It's so nice having this giant library of awesome podcasts to get through. I'm dreading the day I get caught up, though :ohdear:. Seth and J-Dog, seriously, you can't-slash-won't ever quit UYD, right? Are you reading this? Are you hearing this?

I sent an email to UYD asking about some bumper stickers and somehow ended up talking on the phone with Seth. No bumper stickers, but I may have told him to google otherkin because I have been following the PYF Tumblr/SJW thread and greedily wanted to hear him make fun of them. He googled it right then while I was on the phone with him. He typed it in, paused... and said "What did you do to me?"

I am so sorry Seth for what you saw. (But I hope you make fun of it).

Yeah, they weren't really on-point there. I mean yeah, people rave about Breaking Bad on Facebook because they're communicating and enjoying themselves with the friends they know they have that are also watching Breaking Bad, they don't think of the random guy in their friends who isn't watching Breaking Bad and is (apparently) annoyed at how much everyone else is enjoying this thing together.

Breaking Bad doesn't have universal appeal though, and "knowing" Seth it's probably a little too fantastical and goofy for him to take seriously. The Wire, on the other hand, he should have kept with. The boys often pick up on the contradictions and abuses of our society, but they are lacking in the exact scholarship behind them, so it seems to me that the Wire should have been of interest to them, but I guess I can't take issue with their verdict after seeing the full first season.
