Judging by the opened pack on the floor, my guess would be that Ray wanted to see if the outlet would smoke a cigarette. He can be a bad influence, sometimes.

With no ashtray, Ray drunkenly used the outlet to hold his cig since he was laying on the ground at that time anyway.

He responded to someone asking the same thing on twitter with that they're still working on the show but it's being "reformulated," which doesn't sound good.

Holy poo poo! I never saw that it was him doing the voice before. He absolutely nails the "white guy trying to sound black" thing Ray's got going on perfectly. Goes to show that when you hire professional voice actors, you get professional performances!
