Nothing just driving around all day from place to place. Every Craigslist seller is flaking and when I get to a dealer the price of the cars are magically increasing by $500 (yes before dealer fees and what-not).

The RB turbo kit you can buy from me. Rivera is done.    We have two of these big-rear end crates to ship over-seas.  The nicest GT-S I've driven yet. They are best stock, too bad I am about to put a big 'ol turbo in it.

Be aware that, while long lived, poo poo does break regularly still, and the things that should be simple and cheap to fix are very complex and expensive because Mercedes. It will also be comically slow. Diesel Benz apologists can say what they want, but in my two years of working nights as a valet, the slowest vehicle I ever drove was an 83 300TD. It was pristine inside and out, but holy poo poo it could not get out of its own way.

How much boost can one of those old diesels take without upgrading internals? Does it even have an intercooler? You say that the slowness doesn't bother you but the novelty will wear off fast.

If it falls through, go after that white 1993 240. That is the best deal, it's the last year they were made, with cold R134A factory, and a 2.3l motor with piston oil squirters. It'll run 500k miles easily, with almost no maintenance, while getting mid 20mpg. If you don't like it, the kids on TB would easily offer you that money back.

Got the Mercedes this morning as you can figure out by now. LIFE HACK: Happy wife, happy life.   This baby is ALL ORIGINAL.  You can have speed and class.  It has a turbo.     The best part of the car, the sweet air scoop.  A very tidy interior for the age.     I am guessing this engine is making 100hp, maybe.  Good thing to take note of.  Gotta Instagram it.  Bonus biscuit picture.  Everything works. The A/C, the power steering, the windows, the seats, the sunroof. 230,000 miles. I paid $2300 delivered to the shop so I can park it till I put the tag on it. The guy is bringing me a bunch of spare parts he has left over. I could tell he didn't want to sell the car but the wife was making him.
