The percentage just increases periodically regardless of what the charge is actually at. Noise Master isn't good at programming.

Well, today I was practicing a bit and I decided to try and mimic Gigi's art style a while, with some halloween spirit too. Here's the result: Obviously I'm light years behind her in art skill, but it was very fun and it's an excellent way to practice colors. (it's a pokemon by the way)
