NOA mentioned there'd be a Shin Megami Tensei sale starting today ($39.99, ie $10 off) but what they didn't mention is that they're doing 25% off all SMT4 DLC, too:

SMT IV DLC - Underworld Money-Maker - $2.24
SMT IV DLC - Death Has Its Applications - $2.24

The first batch is basically cheat codes: easier EXP, easier money, and additional APP points.

The Equipment DLC is extra bonus equipment, often with okay stats.

The rest are challenging bonus bosses and new demons.

Does anyone remember Chronoblade, a 3DS action game announced right around launch? No? Well, it's back, as AeternoBlade!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqeriS53hkI

(The time rewind gimmicks used to require you to manipulate the hands of a magic clock with the stylus, no idea if that gimmick still applies.)

The developers are a Thai studio called Corecell; they tried to fund a retail release, ports, etc via Indiegogo but barely made any money, presumably because they didn't bother to tell anyone it was happening. Anyway, it's done and will be getting a worldwide release - the NA/PAL version will be self-published on the eShop, from the looks of things, and the JP version will be handled by Arc System Works.

You can't get the rewards for this year anymore but they were:

-A poster Set, including posters for Pikmin 3, Wind Waker HD, and one other game that escapes me at the moment.
-Zelda: Majora's Mask Original Soundtrack
-A Calendar (Which is all that gold gets for physical rewards)
-A bunch of Downloadable games, I forget which ones exactly.

The third poster wasn't for a game exactly, it was an 8-bit Luigi.
The games were the original Smash Bros., Link's Awakening DX, Super Mario Land, Sakura Samurai, and something called the Warioware DIY Showcase.
I ended up picking the Majora's Mask soundtrack, because I'm a big fan of game music.

It's almost 2AM here and NOA still hasn't dropped the press release, so I'm going to bed. Full update in the morning.

As far as I know, NA is getting most of the good stuff from the PAL press release (Wii Sports Club, Pikmin 3 DLC, Toki Tori, Korg M01D) as well as Wario's Woods (NES) on VC.

Also worth noting: The "buy Toki Tori, get 60% off Toki Tori 2!" deal was supposed to be active in both regions but NOA fuckery means it's not active for NA this week, but the devs say it'll definitely happen at some point. (She standard 40% discount is still active, I think.)

Picross e3 isn't bad, but the 3DS could really use some more VC releases.

Even if it's just NES stuff the Wii U already has, I mean it's been over a year, they may as well just put NES Kirby's Adventure and Kid Icarus up instead of weeks of straight up nothing.

I know they are already released as 3D Classics, but as I said, it's been over a year. Anyone that was going to buy them has most likely done so well before now, so they may as well put the originals up for the people that don't give two shits about the 3D versions.

If we're talking about poo poo that will never happen, i'd love them to put the original Gameboy version of Link's Awakening up at some point.

The 3D Classics version of Kirby's Adventure is pretty much the definitive version of vanilla Kirby's Adventure (the extra definitive version being Nightmare in Dreamland of course) since it got rid of all the slowdown from the game. There is literally zero reason for anyone that "didn't give a poo poo" about the 3D Classic to buy a Virtual Console version.
