as far as i can remember, outkast weren't ever really a tour-heavy group whenever they've dropped any of their previous albums. reuniting (i thought they always proclaimed "we aren't broken up" but whatever) for coachella is lame, and shows how there aren't any more new groups, regardless of genre, that are a big enough pull to headline a festival anymore. name a coachella headliner that first started releasing their first album after 2001. that's partly the festival's fault, too, though.
