If you weren't just looking to see what they were going for and actually are considering buying them, don't buy Ranger Keys on eBay unless there is no other choice (and that's from someone who sells his spares on eBay). Riderproxy will probably have it for around $200 after shipping via EMS, and for a set as big as I anticipate the box being based on the other premium sets I have so far, her price is more than fair. Plus, the first set is open for preorder until December 26th, and the last three premium sets all ended up getting a second production run that released 2-4 months after the first set.

Nah, I was just poking around out of curiosity. I buy ranger keys here and there but I could never justify a three-digit cost to myself. I feel bad even thinking about spending $40-$60 for a Gaburevolver.

Tessai is thinking about handing his powers to someone living... Non-Kyoryu question: Has anyone had any experiences with the sentai DVD boxsets from Malaysia? They're cheap and have (likely terrible) English subtitles, but the packaging looks on the level and the English on it isn't bad. It's setting off a number of red flags for me like all of Dekaranger being available on 2 discs or all of Gokaiger on 3, but I've been wrong before. It'd just be nice to have it all on disc without having to make it myself.

I, too, remember the good old days of lovely VHS copies and awful-looking real media files of anime. It wasn't all that bad back then, but I was cleaning out my garage recently and found a box of my old anime tapes and burned discs; I was briefly excited until I brought a few into the house and hit play... truly HD has spoiled me.

It's so weird/awesome to see a ranger from a Sentai series you've seen in a Power Rangers promotion. I saw the Goseigers in the Gokaiger movie, but I never actually saw the series so it wasn't the same. Gokaiger was the first series I ever watched start to end so it's completely different. Can't wait to actually watch Super Megaforce, whether or not it'll suck, just to be able to recognize the footage and see what they do with it.

Are there any decent alternatives to TVN for Kabuto? I watched half of it while recovering from surgery a few months ago, and while I really enjoyed it, the dialogue was unbearable stilted at times.

Midnight Crew did the first six, but as I recall a lot of them were hosted on Megaupload so when the feds took that down most, in not all of the files were lost too. So no, TV-N's the only subbers who've touched Kabuto.
