I guess I'll wait until it officially updates to bitch about minor annoyances. Thanks!

So I've just jailbroken my 4th gen iPad on 7.0.4 and I'm looking for something to help me manage space a little better. I've only got a 16GB though and things have filled up quickly, so I'm looking for a tweak that'll let me save app data so that I can delete games to make more room for the moment but then put them back on later and still be able to load up my old games/progress. I used to have something like this on my phone I would backup all my save data with before restoring to upgrade and rejailbreak but can't remember what it was called.

Anyone used something like this?

I don't know about software on the phone itself but ifunbox will do exactly what you want.

Gotta be sitting at a pc though.

There are a number of android phones that will go silent if you put the phone face down on the table. I think they are trying to ape that same functionality.

The new swipe to dismiss feature in biteSMS popups isn't going to be friendly with this. If you're responding inside the app itself it will work of course. Maybe they'll present an option to turn off swipe to dismiss at some point.

Wish I could help but I don't use BiteSMS. Works fine in the native message app, mail and Tapatalk.

Does anyone know why some of my icons size resets on my dock when I unlock my phone? some of them become enlarged and some remain default size. I have five icons on the dock and I'm using infinidock and bigify+. I have bigify set to not effect the dock too.

edit: my phone is an iPhone 4.

Dang. I bought a license for bigify and infinidock hoping that they wouldn't conflict. I guess I'm an idiot.

How do I try the beta for bitesms? When I download it from cydia it crashes instantly.

I'd just uninstall one at a time and see if/which one causes the problem. Or maybe toggle some features inside of the tweaks on/off until you find the culprit.

For biteSMS you should be using http://test-cydia.bitesms.com

Thank you. Bitesms seems pretty good. Is it possible to tweak the settings? It doesn't appear under the settings menu. I'd like to change the icon back to the default messaging icon.

Regarding my other issue; I think the problem is with bigify. I've tried five icon dock (or whatever it's called) as well as infinidock. Still the same weird differing icon sizes after unlocking even within folders. When I disable 'affect dock' within bigify it's fine. I'm just going to use infinidock with 4 icons a page and scroll with 'affect dock' enabled. Just thought maybe that info may help someone.

Had another problem; When I try to change a setting within infinidock my whole ios crashes an reboots as vanilla with no springboard or anything. I have to reboot my phone again to get access to cydia and all the jailbreak goodies. I've tried reinstalling infinidock.

I currently have Activator set up to turn data/LTE off when I connect to a wifi network. Then when I'm out of range of wifi, it'll turn data/LTE back on. Pretty neat.

BiteSMS settings are within the app itself. Open BiteSMS then go to the main list of messages then try to scroll up (same way to get to the search) and you'll see the link to settings next to the search box. Changing it to the default icon is under "More Stuff."

I recently upgraded my 5 to 7.0.4 from 6.1.2 with the recent jailbreak, and while I'm mostly pleased with the change, there is one thing that is starting to bug me. I got some cheap Monoprice Lightning cables back when the 5 launched, and they worked perfectly fine for me in terms of charging and data transfer while I was on 6.1.2, but now on 7.0.4, every time I connect my phone to the cable attached to my computer, I get multiple error messages about whether or not I want to trust my computer and need to dismiss warnings about the cable not being official. Is there any way to disable this behavior? The cable still works for charging and data transfer, but it does seem like the charging doesn't start until I actually deal with these messages each time.

I think the "do you want to trust this computer?" thing is from iOS 7. I've gotten it before using an apple branded cable on my laptop that I regularly sync it with itunes. It doesn't happen everytime. Although I could be wrong.

Also, the monoprice cables are MFi certified so I don't think you should be getting any errors about it not being official. Maybe you can get them to replace it. I've never had any issues with my amazon branded cables.

Looks like I misremembered and I actually got the cables off of amazon from some 3rd party, so it's not surprising I'm getting the messages, I just want them to go away because, in the grand scheme of things, the cables work perfectly well, official or not. There is apparently a jailbreak option, so I'll see how that goes.

It's not sources but rather packages. These above don't include very many packages and shouldn't impact your limit.

The main culprits tend to be repositories which host pirated apps and themes since they mass duplicate other packages.

It seems after I jailbroke, my NC reset. I re-enabled all my apps to access it again, but after a while it resets again. Spotlight also causes a respiring on my phone.
I have no idea why this is happening, as I uninstalled all my tweaks and it kept happening. Any ideas/help?

Current tweaks installed: Assistant Unrestrictor, BlurredLockscreenArtwork, BlurredMusicApp, Burst Mode, BytaFont 2, Cloaky, CustomLS f.lux, Flat7 THeme, FlipControlCenter, GmailPushFetcher, HiddenSettings7, iFile, Zeppelin, Messages Customizer, Percentage, Phantom, Photo Blackground, Secretary, SubstrateSafe Mode (Which never restarts), Transparent Dock, Transparent Volume, Wake With Weather.

I've tried 'reset all settings', and it keeps happening.

You won't be lazy if you end up in DFU mode, looping forever. It's just better and safer to Backup>Restore>Jailbreak.
