There is probably a collection of all the cutscenes on YouTube, though a fairly significant amount of lore is missing due to it being on letters and audio recordings you find along the way.

Both Telltale seasons are good (though Season 2 just released the first part)

The FPS game, as stated is not very good. Its short, Levels are straightforward, Controls are terrible, Looks really bad. It had a really neat ideas, but failed miserably on them

So if everyone is infected and they turn no matter how they die, does that mean Dale is just chilling in 6 foot grave in full on zombie mode for all eternity or until he climbs out?

In Season 4 they clearly show they knife their deceased in the head after they die to prevent turning. I would suppose they also knew they should do this back in season two.

But if I recall correctly Dale died to a zombie anyway, so they knew he would turn.
More interesting would have been if someone had died to "natural" causes, and they would get buried before turning. This before Rick revealed "we're all infected".

So, how much longer till this horrible show starts airing again? I can't wait!

That would basically have been the flood zone zombie from the end of the last episode.

The one episode that's out is more gruesome than most of season 1's episodes and has worse pacing. If you liked the last season you'll almost definitely like it, even if it doesn't feel as complete as the first episode of season 1. You don't get to know any new characters very well yet.

He hadn't quite turned either so the "zombie brain = bullet magnet" effect couldn't have kicked in yet so I feel this is the perfect explanation. Poor zombie Dale, must be lonely underground.

You guys might be joking around but in the graphic novels (spoiler tagging this cause graphic novels but all of the equivalent events have already happened in the show back in season 2) Carl doesn't score a headshot on Shane and Shane doesn't turn before he is buried by Rick, since the Rick/Shane showdown happens really early in the graphic novels Rick and the gang don't know yet that everyone is infected and will turn regardless of being bit or not, so later on when Rick finds out how zombification actually works he travels back to where he buried Shane and unearthes the now zombified shane to put a bullet in his head.

Yea I don't remember whether she actually said this or I was just thinking it. I'm pretty sure she said something about the baby being a walker or her being a walker... but like probably most viewers, I think I had every possible Dawn-of-the-Dead-esque baby scenario cross my mind during that part of the show.

I had disturbingly imagined a miscarriage and the ensuing horror that would be carrying the undead.

Not really an appetising subject, but actually that's pretty much just like a real world miscarriage... if it doesn't come out it will rot and pretty much poison the mother.

Let's drop this particular subject, it gives me the creeps.

Lost did this with an episode, where a couple of the castaways were poisoned with something that slowed their vital functions down (tetrodotoxin or something) and the rest of the survivors thought that they had died, so they buried them alive and held a funeral.

I remember that to be a particularly bad plotline in an overall pretty bad show.

(still I found myself forced to watch just because I wanted drat answers, which when I finally got them didn't please me anyway)

Gotta disagree with the above post and say that this was one of the best episodes of the whole show. Yes, the competition was not fierce, but it was a hilarious standalone in an otherwise lackluster season especially.

When your reaction to live burial is uncontrollable laughter, it means the writers are hitting the black humor nail on the head.

I am a firm believer that a the beginning of any show's descent into stupidity is when the cast starts dating each other. I hope they limit that with Glen\Maggie...
