A bit more b-league news concerning Askren http://mmajunkie.com/2014/02/ben-askren-makes-one-fc-debut-in-may-for-welterweight-title/ His first fight will be for the WW title against either Brock Larson or Nobutatsu Suzuki. I still think that Askren not getting a UFC deal is one of the biggest gently caress ups of 2013 but I'll be glad to see him funk over an asian or a UFC washout

We were going to do the Q and A section on the podcast but JT ended up responding to everyone who asked a question in the week before hand via twitter so we didn't have any material left for the podcast itself! We might do the podcast again if there's enough interest, but it wasn't all that much of a massive success outside of his twitter followers, was cool to get tweets about it from Bas And Joe Rogan though.

The card wasn't half bad either. The Juarez/Daimoni fight was pretty great and it was satisfying to see Daimoni get armbarred late in the third after spending most of the fight grabbing Juarez's hair in the thai plum.
