If you touch the stone, it's considered 'burned' and removed from play for the end. I'm not sure what the rule is if you get skull and brain matter on it, though.

It truly is a testament to the USSR's former glory. I think a terrorist attack would be something, but I doubt we'll see one for quite some time. Who knows? There's always Brazil!
