I definitely agree with this sentiment. Trying to mine the "best callers on radio" day after day is getting tired. The callers are pretty poo poo now and I don't even finish shows anymore. As soon as I hear "what's in the box?" or "better headlines" I check out. This show has turned into a real piece of poo poo out of sheer laziness. I rather have Ron take a year then this direction.

I'm kind of wondering how "best callers in radio" became a bit, since the first time I heard it the callers were coming up with uniformly the worst loving jokes possible and frustration was audible in the room, while pretty okay ones were coming from in studio and off the internet. Thought it was a joke! The next day, it happened again. Then, again. It's not a joke, huh.

Pretty much all the shows exclusive to Sirius, the majority of the calls are truckers.

I love when Opie talks about music - incorrectly saying that the Styx, Foreigner, and Don Felder summer tour is a supergroup. It's three separate acts. And I love that he thought Don Felder from the Eagles was Donald Fagen from Steely Dan.

Anybody else think that Opie has a big painkiller issue or is sleeping like 2 hours a night? He locks onto one person in a conversation and he doesn't get any humor unless that person says it. He either steamrolls the laughs or he waits until there's an opening to say what he was planning to say beforehand. But goddamn, did I love Ron pulling back the curtain. Fez's current downward spiral started because a person from sales yelled at him.

I know Jim is getting old, not because he's getting soft, but because he's completely entranced by the "good choruses" that Macklemore mashes. And by good choruses, he means someone else saying "This is the moment". loving, really?! I'd rather listen to east side Dave try to convince us that the Beatles were the greatest band

I like that after loving idiot Bobo deleted a twitter account because he TOTALLY DIDN'T tell a fake 15 year old he'd take her to NC to gently caress her, he goes on the show and says he'd do the exact same thing. He should be put in a home or put down.

Is it weird that I want Ant *and* Fez to go away and leave us with the Ron and Opie show? Both seem so much more relaxed and less likely to act on their worst on-air tendencies when working together.

At first I read that and it sounded weird, but then I let it sit for a minute and it kind of makes sense. I would miss Ant too much eventually I'm sure.
