That having been said, it looks like a riot and I want to go see a dirt drag race now.

Mud drags are loving ridiculous, they used to have them at the monster truck show in Orlando before Monster Jam really picked up steam and the stadium started regularly selling out (seriously, it's the Citrus Bowl's most consistent income). They had to stop because the end zone with seats had to be blocked off due to the mud being thrown clear up into the stands, which is obviously a no-go for ticket sales.

Reminds me of this episode of Monster Garage, the show that turned me into a gearhead as a kid:

before you ask, yes I did inform the DMV of my condition and medication, and I passed the medical and psychological evaluation when I got my license. I've passed them every time I have gone to renew my license.

Well A) I'm sure just about everybody has a screwdriver laying around somewhere, as opposed to the deep socket needed to do taillights on my Protege, and B) It's external, meaning no loving around with removing the trunk liner or interior plastic panels (I'm looking at you, Mercedes).
The toolkit in my car is underneath the spare wheel, at the bottom of the boot. Getting to the screwdriver in that kit is much more of a hassle than opening an access panel at the side of the hatchback-door and undoing two thumbscrews.

Nah, I like Chris Harris. That said, the bit where he downshifts a few times on the highway to prep for the pull and it starts making pissed off power drill sounds made me feel a little weak in the knees and I'd like to hear more of that.

I love the guy who half-rear end throws out the wood chuck near the minute mark. "This'll fix it," he's thinking, as the truck rolls passively over the wood chuck, unmoved.

Then he loving does it again and it breaks under the spinning tire, launching jagged chunks of wood into the crowd.

Drive, apart from Chris Harris and the occasional Inside video, really, really REALLY sucks. Especially when loving Leo Parente hosts a video - what a windbag.

Big Muscle is cool, just because of the insane poo poo they have. Tuned is meh, and the roundtable shows generally have some good laughs. The 10 cars that want to kill you episode is pretty funny, for example. Most not as strong as Harris, but Harris gets all of the really cool poo poo.

I think Matt Farah is tolerable and often pretty entertaining though I generally just don't give a poo poo about the cars his show is about.

I like that when they realized there was too much dirt on one side of the parking lot to take off properly, they decided to turn around and use that part of the parking lot as the stopping area.

Makes sense considering most of their cars don't have anything resembling functioning brakes. Roadkill prioritizes going fast over stopping to a hilarious and terrifying degree.
