Yeah, all they had to do was plug in an old Weird Medicine or DMSP and they'd have been fine. You ideally never want to not run live programming when it was supposed to go on obviously, but there are plenty of ways to work around it and his show isn't that big of a deal anyway.

I even remember that quick aside recently on Ron and Fez where Ron was like "if Fez isn't here I still come in. If you're sick, Dave still comes in. Are you Fez?" or something. Paraphrasing.

The most amazing thing happened with that today. When they all acted like it was Ant, Jimmy used that to indirectly call Opie stupid. It was joking I know but I don't think I've ever heard Jimmy go after Opie since I've listened to the show.

Been giving R&F another shot since the Cakehorn thing. The new version of the show is infinitely more listenable because it contains far less of hipster-dad Rons interviews with nobodies. It's mostly just shooting the poo poo and Hicks is the official second mic at this stage with very little attempt to make it seem otherwise. One bit that did annoy me yesterday was that woman who sent in the parody of the song from Frozen about how little she cared about the abuse she got on message boards after appearing on the show recently. Yeah honey, you cared so little you went off an recorded a song about how little you cared.

It was a way better song than Fez paying a guy to blow him musically. and forgetting where ron was born and thats in the song lmfao. that was the best. fez of all people should know where ron is from. he's said it on the air plenty of times, at least, and expresses pride in his place of origin regularly. fez is a bad stalker.
