Are there any good stories with Jessica as the main/lead? One shots, or arcs or anything? I've always thought she was an interesting character but haven't read a whole lot with her in it.

Not really, the last Ultimate Spider-Man arc before Cataclysm had her fairly prominent though, and during the fractured United States thing there's a couple issue where she's training Miles to be an Ultimate.

I think Jessica and Miles have a kind of big sister/little brother thing going on that's really sweet.

It's a nice twist on both the Spider-Woman/Girl character by being a clone of Peter, and a twist on the Clones themselves by being a gender reversal. Her dynamic with Miles, treating him like a little brother is really good too.

Wasn't scorpion floating in a tube in the Baxter Building? I guess he drowned in the Ultimatum flood or is just forgotten until Bendis wants to do a Miles vs. Evil Peter story. I'm guessing he's forgotten though since Bendis introduced a new unrelated character called Scorpion in USM already.

As pointless and art mistake driven as the change was I found it kinda neat that Doom apparently reforged his goat legs into human legs, which he could do because he is made of metal.

Not too surprising given that Peter is coming back in 616 but Bendis has said that Marvel have officially greenlit Spider-Men 2 or whatever the sequel ends up being.

No, there was a cliff hanger at the end of Spider-Men that was never followed up on. The SpOck thing was just a little nod to the current situation, and Bendis has always said when Peter is back he wanted to continue where the original left off.

I dunno. Bendis acknowledging other peoples plots or characterisations doesn't seem like something you'd need to worry about.

Amnesia is the single most ignored by other writers plot hook in comics anyway. You get a perfunctory "So Hawkeye you have amnesia?" "Yes, but I've read my own and everybody else's file so I know everybody's name and powers and stuff" and it never comes up again.

It's probably the most consistently good superhero title published in the last decade+. The misses are few and far between, and the best parts of it could easily be argued to be Bendis' best work.

That is a hell of a deal right there. The only thing I see missing is Ultimate Fallout which follows the Death of Spider-Man story. I mean it even includes Ultimate Six and Requiem. Yes if you plan on reading these you cannot beat this value period. Probably one of the greatest long term comic runs ever.

Also, since that's 199 issues there I guess that tells us what gets us to USM #200

EDIT: It is missing a few issues.

Ultimate Spider-Man #1/2
Ultimate Spider-Man Super Special (which is pretty much not in continuity but it may be part of the issue #150 they have there as it was reprinted in that issue)
Ultimate Spider-Man Annual #1-3

Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #16.1

And of course Spider-Men #1-5

Yes, absolutely. That's about 50 cents an issue. I've never used comixology but this is tempting me, because I sold my trades of a lot of the earlier issues, and I never read a huge chunk from the first relaunch of ultimate Spidey (post ultimatum). I have read most of it though and almost everything is golden.
