I honestly find it touching. It's uncomfortable to be sure, esp. when Cole brought up Flair's family, and the transition to talking about Charlotte seemed like callous product-placement for NXT, but it seemed to cheer Ric up and get him back on track, and I have been impressed by Charlotte's NXT work.
