I'm really hype about the Conspiracy walker, since it not being in Modern or Standard means it's theoretically a chance for them to push the hell out of the card and have another Legacy playable walker. Or it'll be gimmicky crap. v  v

There's going to be a few cards that aren't legal in any format, silver-border style, but the rest will be Eternal-legal like any other supplemental set.

Another pro-Atheros argument is that it comes out before verdict on the draw too. Would you verdict into 1-3 creatures on the other side with this out? Are you ok with taking 3-9 damage in one turn where you have already took a hit or two? Minor synergies with Cartel Aristocrat/sac outlets as well as Shadowborn Demon.
