I'd imagine in todays era, guys like Rude and Dibiase probably would have had at least one world title reign, especially if it was the WHC.

That one spot justified the existence of that show. One of the better comedy matches I've ever seen in WWE. The whole thing with the ref was wonderful too.

I love that they play ECW stuff late at night/early morning because that's when I'd actually catch it way back when. It always seemed to be on a different channel, too. Watching it in actual sequential order and good video quality feels weird. I saw Hawaiian Shirt Guy, but I don't think Faith No More guy was there.

SirDippingSauce posted:How... how in the hell, going by the debut vingette for Hassan, how in the hell was he seen as a bad guy? I haven't seen anything (besides his slammin tron) from him since he was on TV, but I'm betting his AWESOME heel scowl was probably responsible for most of the initial heelness.

He's a bad guy because MOOOSELEEEMS despite the fact that he was talking sense. Then, of course, he went and proved everyone right by actually engaging in fundamentalist tactics on Taker. WWE nuanced storylines, everyone!
