After seeing a little of this a while back and being extremely interested, I've finally sit down to really get into this comic. I'm most of the way into Chapter 6 and I just wanna say I love this comic's ability to have all the screws explode out of their fittings and have a situation just implode in on itself in every conceivable way all at once.

I feel like we're finally coming to the conclusion of the First Silver plot arc, and lordy but I hope that doesn't mean the end of this comic as well.

I think we're somewhere around the halfway mark according to the author.

The halfway mark of the first "book" (distinct from the physical books she's releasing.) There are three books.

Ashley has mentioned that we're close to the confrontation with Stockyard, which is what this part of the story has been leading up to. The confrontation is probably the halfway mark for book 1.

Thereabouts; she estimated there'd be 22 chapters in book one.

Hopefully she doesn't get burnt out creating this comic if she's really planning on making that much material for it. I really enjoy it, especially re-reading it and noticing small details and background characters that make the comic and website richer.

And that's the chapter. See you all in a month.

I'm sure Sette will meekly accept this and not in any way make plans relating to it!

In the Best World, Sette, this would be seen as an early promotion.

Yea, I'm thinking there's only one thing in that bag she could be chasing. E: Nevermind, that would have been in Cresce. I didn't realize this cover was set back in Sharteshane. Jackard fucked around with this message at 06:13 on Mar 31, 2014 |

I'm a bit worried that pink-hair and the thug don't seem particularly worried that those two just showed up. I mean, the impression I get is that this is going to go badly for those two anyway, but still.

Well from the "maybe worrying CAN spontaneously solve things" in reference to "worrying won't spontaneously solve [your lack of access to a skilled wright]" a couple pages back it seems more like they don't realize that trouble just walked in.

Things I learned today: the correct way to pronounce "Cresce". I'm really liking the new face on Duane. It's much more expressive for things beyond "soul-searing abject horror" (which the old one was pretty okay at).

Honestly its not anything your average absolutist monarch wouldn't have loved to be able to do. "Economic forces are beyond my control? That won't do I'll just ban the economy."
