those aren't clacker balls at all, they're a lovely plastic noisemaker that was in half my friends' party favor bags when i was six, also the lamest chuck e. cheese's prize

what's hosed-up here is that apparently someone is actually nostalgic for them

never mind apparently it's a different, bigger lovely noisemaker from the '90s. still trash, still not banned. in any case there's no way that that cheap lightweight plastic is going to explode in your face.
