I can't believe Sparky managed to convince cardiff to do a swap deal Kenwyne Jones for Odemwingie. They got ripped off massively.

Hearing a lot of rumours that the guys wanting to buy Aston Villa are Ray Davis and Bob Simpson, owners of the Texas Rangers MLB team.

True, but I think the ownership is making him buy really young players. His summer purchases are 24, 24, 21, 22, 22, 23, and 21. Understandable that some wouldn't work out, and that others would take some time to develop.

Also Villa have been unlucky with injuries.

Well, Sherwood is half right at least. The game was played in Copenhagen. And Eriksen was indeed so good that the english media decided to praise him instead of Future England Superstar Jack Wilshere.

He lost the dressing room about 3 months ago tbf. Im just surprised its taken this long for the glazers to give him a kicking. Chucking the backroom staff and replacing them with his everton toy boys was a massive mistake (Chris Woods excepted).

It's genius really. Anyone coming in now won't have the pressure of being compared to Fergie. You just have to do better than Moyes

At this point I would have to imagine they just let him finish out the season.

Are they going to sack the whole coaching staff too? Who the hell would manage them for the remaining games? (Hint: it's Fergie)

I think they could literally have no manager and just let the players work poo poo out themselves and it wouldn't be much more noticeable in their performances.

It's gonna be brilliant if they go all cargo cult with their managers a la Newcastle with Shearer. I would love to see the fans demand random ex-players only for them to gently caress up even further.

'People who played under Fergie' is the next big manager myth after unproven foreigners and people from Glasgow
