Christy Canyon was usually a good guest because of her existing relationship with Adam. Also, you gotta love Ron Jeremy's appearances because of the non-stop terrible jokes.

I know those are horrible quotes, but in context they were both clearly sarcastic. On the blacks thing, she was riffing off Adam talking about black guys not wanting to pay to get dominated(she was a dominatrix), and the Jewish thing was making fun of Orthodox Jew's views on outsiders and the observation that they went for tall blondes over diminutive asians at the dominatrix.

Oh yeah, that's how I heard that too, that she was saying "evolved" in the sense that they don't want to have their nuts stomped on. Aisha Tyler hosted today and it was great, it seemed to go by too fast. I always mean to listen to her podcast more. Also, that's the most video game talk the Adam Carolla show will ever see.

It's this one, it's about a 50:50 ratio of cringe/lol. Some adept editing: Adam is shown being kind of a dick to the homeowner early on, foreshadowing who the bad guy really is.. Of course, that probably means that's how he is all the time to everybody

Good to hear that Dana Gould seems to be moving into the acceptance stage regarding his divorce too. There were hardly any suicide jokes! Mark Geragos seems like a pretty good dude, I really liked his episode as well. Even as a lawyer he comes across as a much more compassionate human being than Adam, as evidenced by the death penalty talk. The anarchy thing is weird, but hey, it takes all kinds

I haven't listened to the podcast proper in a few months mostly because it just became too mean spirited and negative for me. But right now I'm 27min into the Natasha Leggero/Moshe Kasher ep and has to pause and post about it because wow this is loving good. Everyone is so upbeat, engaged, there's a ton of energy and it just generally sounds like everyone is having a lot of fun  I'm definitely going to check out the other guest-hosted shows afterwards so thanx for the recommendations!!

I like Dana Gould a lot but I had to bail after 10 minutes of the podcast he hosted. He just kept steamrolling over Alison with the most unfunny, nonsensical bullshit. She kept trying to tell a story about recording a song in studio with her band, and he just kept interrupting so much that I never even heard the story.
