I'll be interested in seeing how Brooks vs Alvarez goes down. I won't be $45 interested, but interested.

But when Alvarez signed his new deal with Bellator, it was for a guaranteed fight with Chandler, Rebney said. Contractually, if that’s what Alvarez wants for his next fight, that’s what Bellator may have to give him.

...

“The reality of the situation is that Ed’s contract specifies that his next fight be against Michael Chandler,” Rebney said after Saturday’s post-event news conference. “So Ed now is in a position where he can choose to fight Chandler, and contractually we have to give him the Chandler fight. … It’s a situation we’ll have to sit down and discuss with him, and figure out where it goes, because he’s got paperwork and he’s got a contract that gives him the right to demand the Chandler fight.”

I can't possibly guess if the next Bellator PPV is just going to happen to be Alvarez/Chandler 3 for the title because oh those pesky contracts we've gotta obey them guys it's out of our hands

I havent had a plrecription for my eyes in years so the other day I went and got a new one and it hasnt changed. The doctor was like why havent you seen us in 4 years? I told them im scared of op tomietris when the air shoots into your eyes and dilation. They told me my eyes cold get worse....
King Mo vs rampage was one of the worst fights I've ever seen. Brooks vs Chandler wasn't much better. Tito fight was dumb. I don't even remember many fights before that and I was hoping the stabbing guy won.

Bellator has a long way to go. The time in between fights and the fact they are interviewing the next fighter before their fight like 15 minutes before is so dumb. I know what I'm watching guys just get the fighters out and loving punch each other.

Well once it turned a corner it really seemed Chandler didn't have a chance. Maybe I need to go back and watch it but it was hard to compare nearly any of these fights to good UFC fights.

1. How obviously worked was Tito/Shlemenko? I only read the pbp.

If I were to fix a MMA fight, the way Tito won is exactly the way I would do it. They stood for a bit, didn't do much, Tito gingerly took him down and slowly put Shlemenko in a choke. Either that fight was fixed or Shlemenko's ground game is literally non-existent.

He made it through 5 rounds of Lombard laying on him, but then again it's Lombard

yeah we really shouldn't rule out Shlemenko's ground game actually being that bad, it seems implausible given what we witnessed, but it is in fact a real possibility

And then there is the fact that Shlemenko weighs just 5 pounds more than GSP, and he was fighting a 220+ lb ground game specialist.

Yeah, Tito sucks, but he has always had a decent top game and he was fighting an undersized guy who can't wrestle. I was just curious how it looked, since there was no way I was going to pay for that shitshow.

You could see that arm triangle coming a mile away, the setup was really sloppy. Still I can't bring myself to believe that even Bellator could pay one of their fighters to take a dive. Shlemenko is a can crusher with a padded record but he still has over 50 career fights and has never had problems with long term injuries or inactivity.

If Bellator is fixing fights, it's by bribing judges. The blatant robberies that Warren and Curran have walked away with were much more fishy than a 230lb guy squeezing a welterweights neck while they're both fresh.

A European fighter that's lost to every good grappler he's ever fought gets submitted by a guy from a weight class above him? Clearly the only possible scenario that makes sense is a dive
