With the right attachments you can full auto close to mid range and stay on target, or plink away at distant snipers and land your shots. It's great!

It's a really good system and I actually had a bunch of fun with it before I got the PS4 (and I've also got a huge backlist of games for it) but I don't have enough situations to play outside and it's hard for it to compete with PC/PS4 when I'm at home. Also after a long time of not actually playing (I hopped on the server a couple of times but it was deserted) I'm hoping to get in some shooting tonight. I still have a couple random unlocks I need from NS (on top of that stupid UCAV) so I may be running some weird outfits to get what I need.

Remote Play PS4 games on the Vita is great for games that have simple controls. Get hosed up and fire up Need for Speed and drunk drive your bed.

With PS+ and a few purchases I've got way more gaming than I know what to do with. I got mine last August through eBay and I've picked up some $15-25 amazon specials as well as some PSN/PS+ sales, and my 32GB card is almost full. Compare games and take a look at my list of Vita games, I can answer any questions about them if you'd like. If you have PS+ now start the 'purchase' of any Vita titles, you'll get the license assigned so you'll keep the free plus titles even if they go back to pay. I downloaded all the currently available vita fee titles so I can claim those if I ever get a Vita. The memory cards seem pretty expensive though, do you think the borderlands bundle is worth it, since it's $230 for a vita, 16 gb of memory and borderlands 2, or should i just try to find a cheap used vita on ebay and buy a memory card separately?

I like my Vita 1000 but you should look for a 32gb card minimum. There's already been one price drop, and I think 64gb cards need to be imported. Any extended plus subscription will end up eating space. Killzone mercenary was 3GB, FF9 1.3GB, Ys another few hundred MB...it just adds up. Next time I see you on chat we can annoy the rest of the 4ce with Vita chat.

the vita cards are expensive because sony needed a proprietary format that didnt just turn the system into homebrew heaven. i love my vita. it's not great for battlefield remote play because of the analog sticks, but it's passable. It's great for Trials, though, and i was using it last night to play MLB the Show with a buddy (didnt have two ds4's). With ps now coming out, I'd say a vita is even more worth it, but I'm using a 200 dollar handheld to play loving chess, so maybe I'm an idiot. also, i just realized if i hadnt gone all digital after the last of us, remote play on the ps4 would be absolutely useless. whaley, im going to try getting on bf4 more. ive been somewhat down lately, so i've been absent and unable to focus on mens shooter. add me at chamber9verse32 chaymie fucked around with this message at 02:20 on May 20, 2014 |

Just finished moving and still going through the unpacking stage and haven't gotten a chance to hook up the tv, ps4, receiver, and hang all the speakers. I forgot who told me about it, but whoever told me to go to the burger place Squeeze In, I went yesterday and it was pretty good. Not amazing, but I'll definitely go again.

The Borderlands 2 port is supposed to be horrid and I pretty regularly see Vitas on Criagslist for around $100, so that might be worth checking out over buying the bundle.
