It seems like the proportion of troons that like women is similar to the proportion of cis men that like women and it seems like the proportion of troons that like men is similar to the proportion of cis men who like men. The current theories on why people are troons doesn't translate over to any semblance of "trans-racial" existence and there's no scientific support for such an idea. There's a lot of anecdotal evidence for "Special Snowflake Syndrome." I've never even heard, within my everyday life of an actual encounter with a trans-racial person. I think they're just people online who are running with an idea and pushing it for their own benefit. Of course there's plenty of stories of genetic ancestry popping up at strange times down the line, and even of twins of different race parents having entirely different appearances and I'm incredibly sympathetic to the alienation someone might feel from that.

It would make some sense with the current theory about sexuality in part being defined by a fetus' exposure to hormones while in the womb. There's similar theories about pregnancy hormonal levels resulting in transgender people. So I wouldn't be surprised to see them interact in some way.
