I had to use a whole bunch of plug-ins to get basic stuff on Safari, for me Chrome is about less plug-ins and Safari feels like the loaded down one. Also, small stuff like Cloud sync of preferences, and generally using multiple ecosystems. Apple has never prioritized non-native platforms, and I use Windows and Android collectively more than OSX and I don't use iOS at all.
