It's the same logic behind the similarly stupid "abortion = black genocide" argument. Gay black men get HIV at an elevated rate therefor the gay rights movement is black genocide. Before the "homosexual agenda" came along gay men just didn't have sex, certainly not unprotected sex that might expose them to STDs .
