XyloJW posted:Back when the internet was young, I found a website selling exotic meats. It was a plain html website with just the choices of meat, a description, a picture, and "email for price and shipping information." Buffalo steaks and buffalo burgers at the top, then ground emu chuck. Then lion steaks and lion ribs. Hippo steaks and hippo roasts. Ground giraffe meat. And at the bottom, "We have acquired an elephant. Transporting elephant meat is illegal in many countries, so please verify that you have a way to receive it before contacting us. We will cut to specification."

Well that and also all of the great plains were turned into farms. There are sill buffalo herds though on federal land I believe.

In Nepal most places seem to use buffalo instead of cow because there are so many Hindus there who can't eat beef. It's usually abbreviated buff so you think you're just going to get a plate of biceps or something.

Is global warming fake because: "CO2 from human industry is a drop in the bucket compared to what is produced by volcanoes and the processes of life" "H2O vapor is more important than CO2 in trapping heat" "Earth has gone through periods of warming and cooling" "Current global temperatures are lower than they were 2 thousand years ago" "Measurements of rising temperatures are based on data from urban weather stations" "Global climate models cannot accurately predict current conditions based on past conditions" Geology professor who reads Breitbart taught this in class, and demanded people know the alternative science from environmentalist exaggeration. Hockey Stick Graph IS FRAUD AND A CRIME AGAINST HUMAN PROGRESS Environmentalists refuse to have their data public! UNTIL heroic hackers released their fake data from the emails incident a few years ago. This is the actual truth! http://www.john-daly.com/hockey/hockey.htm <-This doesn't fit the narrative!!! I've been wanting this thread for awhile, thanks. Now I can finally talk about how Batman relates to everything political without it being a derail. edit: I don't get why Obama tries to appeal to conservatives (I know he's a conservative by our standards) on anything. The guy could literally fire undocumented children from a canon back into Mexico (whether they're from Mexcio or not), create a wall of wildfire to protect the border, force every employer to use E-verify and people would still blame him for whatever they don't like. My aunt was actually bitching about how Obama had something to do with her being summoned for jury duty on Facebook the other day. Also whenever he issues an executive order I just can't help but laugh every time someone mentions that it only applies to federal workers. Sure its good to set an example I suppose but I just can't help but feel bad for how impotent the right has made him. Anyway, right now I kinda wish Hillary (sigh) had won in 08 and Obama had waited until 2016. He would have cleaned house in 2016 and might actually have been in a more welcoming environment. Nonsense posted:God drat the environment is hosed. As a wealthy individual why should I care? My wealth is well diversified across the globe so if America goes to poo poo because of X I can just leave. I mean lets see, things have gone to poo poo and now that it's obvious that I'm partially to blame my choices are: 1.Stick around, make some sacrifices to help fix the problems I helped cause. Maybe pay higher taxes, invest in companies that will help fix the problem, encourage others like myself to also give back and ostracize those that do not, live a life of semi-luxury or even a median income life to set an example, etc. 2. Leave with my family and continue to enjoy my sweet life of relaxation, driving nice cars, banging super models, snorting coke and ordering people around.
