I knew it was the third guy not because I actually figured it out but because the "camera" was zoomed out enough that you could see a bunch of the room for no immediately obvious reason so I figured the clue must have been somewhere in there. This is what Inspector Danger has reduced me to, a debased wretch of a mystery-solver, groping madly at the darkness.
