The way I can deal with images like that is realizing that 99% of the people who post stuff like that are either:

A) To Chickenshit to actually say their opinion to someone's face (in this case Native Americans), or will give a very-watered down apologetic version as compared to their more chest beating attitudes online.

Or

B) Will complain for a bit and then move onto the next thing after a bit.

This is of course true regardless of where people fall on the political spectrum.

You can google Roosh V. I think he's one of the big Return of Kings contributors. Not sure about AVfM, but I think it's the guy who set up that Men Rights "International" Conference recently: Paul Elam.

Fake Edit: Yeah, just looked it up. AVfM was founded by Paul Elam and Return of Kings is Roosh V.
