I'm sure the kids born in 1997 really appreciated the references also gone home doesn't really have a "non-linear narrative" it has a main 100% linear storyline and a bunch of flavor text in a cohesive environment, much like most open world games. unlike open world games however, it has no gameplay

the more i play divinity the more i learn. i didn't realize you had to spend two points to move from level 1 to 2 of a skill, then 3, then 4, etc. i feel like, for the first time in a long time, i need to read the manual for this game also i had to look at a walkthrough for one of the quests because it's not clear what I have to do and the only info is from the beta. since then a bunch of poo poo has changed. welp

c vg status; got pinball arcade and black knight 2000 despite not having touched a pinball in nearly 15 years i suck at it but it's fun, wish i could reliably make the ramp shot tho.
