Roller Derby was worked too, Roller Games was the LA version, Roller Derby was the SF version that he grew up with. Roller Games is probably more fun to watch these days because the storylines were zanier.

Rock, rock, rock n' Rollergames is the only version of that sport I have ever watched, since that's what was on when I was a kid. It did not occur to me that any of it was a work. The manager of one of those heel teams should've been in wrestling with his dastardly promo skills. I also played the Rollergames NES game and the Rollergames pinball table. All that Roller Derby / Rollerjam / Whip It lesbian parade stuff pales in comparison to the Wall Of Death. It's still real to me, dammit.
