I don't know man everytime I go to the gym here there are like two huge dudes with raging high and tights snorting Nitro-tech off of each other's rock hard abs.

Ok, that is hilariously adorable. I still wouldn't hold a male one, but I kind of want to pet a platypus now...

L.A. BEAST HERE and today, is a very SPECIAL day!!!! A few months ago, I got a random message on Facebook from a young man named Emery who explained that his girlfriend Michelle, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (a Cancer of the Blood and Bone Marrow) and that she was going to the hospital to get her first treatment with Chemotherapy. He explained that it would completely make her entire life if (I), the L.A. BEAST, could come and see her in the hospital and do some sort of challenge to help lift her spirits, but unfortunately due to my schedule I was not able to visit. A few days ago, as I was scrolling through Facebook, I came across a message from Michelle herself, explaining that she had to go back to the hospital for more Chemotherapy and that making a video and dedicating it to her on YouTube would really help her push through the grueling process of fighting her cancer. Determined to not let Michelle down and help her to put her mind at ease just a little bit, I gladly accepted her birthday cake challenge. So what I did was pack up my Cake, Crystal Pepsi, and Captain America shield and drove down to the hospital to surprise Michelle with some L.A. BEAST Shenanigans. Sit back, relax and enjoy!!!

Holy poo poo this is the saddest thing. Another year or two and that little boy would have treasured that friendship for the rest of his life. Now he'll barely remember. Not much sticks around from when you're three or four. It's obviously so important and special to the old fellow though so that's awesome. I hope he's got grandkids and great-grandkids who love him as much :unsmith:

Boss, if they make us find seven lost crystals, I'm quitting.

Tiny kitten had his trip to the vet yesterday. He has a clean bill of health, other than worms and ear mites which are fairly standard for wild kitties. I have decided that, as he was VERY interested in the bag of roasted edamame on my desk, that his name will be Ed. :3:

You never know. I've told my mother about things I remember very, very clearly, things she'd never even mentioned, and had her turn around and produce photo albums of 4 year old me that proved my recollection correct. Some of those memories, the ones involving my grandparents, look a whole lot like stuff in that video.

Now, as time goes on a lot of these memories fade. It feels like a brain-dumped a whole lot of my early childhood around age 21. Even so, they all come back when I look at the pictures. Who knows whether they're really resurfacing or if it's one of those weird psychology false memory things, but since I can't tell the difference it doesn't really make a difference. The point is that this kid is really lucky to grow up in the age of ubiquitous digital cameras. :3:
