A place near me had a ghost pepper witbier for a little while. Really tasty stuff; they served it in 3oz taster glasses (for $2) because that's about as much as you wanted to drink of it. On the other hand my friend's parents just moved to Portland and it turns out her mom exclusively drinks Sierra Nevada. Doesn't want to try anything else.

Voodoo is a local donut shop that specializes in making 'weird'/obscene donuts and in getting people to tell tourists 'you gotta go to Voodoo it's a Portland thing' and they're better than Krispy Kreme but not by that much. Actually, I should be fair: if you show up when there's not a line out the door and you want a donut, the cinnamon blunt donut is actually pretty good.

I've tried that stuff and it's good, but it would be difficult to drink a whole bottle. Has anyone tried Bombay Sapphire East? It's pretty tasty and goes well in a Bloody Mary.
