That would be Ebony Armor which means that more than likely it's working. Ok, head to the Solitude Blacksmith if you can. If you see a Glass War Axe just sitting on an anvil outside then yeah it's working properly. Another one to check is to assault the vampire den near Morthal and see if the main dude is carrying a Daedric Sword and Master Destruction robes. If he is then Morrowloot is working.

Can anyone recommend me a good enchanting mod? I don't need any sort of huge overhaul. I'm mainly just looking for a UI mod that makes it so I don't have to scroll through so many options when enchanting a lot of the same thing or same type of enchantment.

The only hesitation I have on Spell Sneak Attacks 2 is that whenever a modder includes that many scripts and ways to acquire their feature, let alone make it a perk, let alone then making some new items that aren't at all necessary to the mod (no I don't need "silent casting" enchantments added to my game), I get really skeptical of whether or not the mod isn't going to break something totally unrelated. See also in the FAQ that people reporting the mod makes their character move slower was met with "not my mod at all it's your fault," which is another huge red flag. So basically, does SSA2 actually work perfectly fine despite the red flags? Admittedly it's kind of a personal list but it'd be nice to be a sneaky wizard.

I've reinstalled Skyrim and have been playing about with various mods to improve the graphics as much as possible. The downside to this has been that in comparison, the characters are beginning to look rather dated. Unfortunately it seems that 99% of the character replacements I've found on nexus have been anime/porn inspired horror shows. I did come across there 2- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eqGkrrqy5fw -Windsong Skyrim Character Overhaul http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QLtqByeLNC8&list=UUMQkYC9HUcPTertReHILVOA -RS Children Overhaul which actually don't look too bad. Maybe still a bit "prettier" than I'd like but certainly an improvement. Doe anyone else have any suggestions?

I guess make sure that Morrowloot loads near the bottom of your load order, and check to see what's conflicting with it in TES5Edit. For morrowloot open your whole load order in tesedit and when you get the done loading message find morrowloot.esp in the left hand panel. Browse the leveled items in it for the merchant lists, should be things like merchant_blacksmith or something. Click it to view all mods that modify the list in the right side panel. You'll have to go through all the sublists too, you can open them by ctrl+clicking their formID [LVLI:12345678] part. Have fun.

Is there a mod that adds more stuff that you get courier letters about? I always get a little kick when the guy shows up with a letter about a shout location or whatever. I'm already using the one that adds holidays and get a notice from that, but I thought it would be neat if you got letters reminding you about quests you've had open for a long time or something. "Dear Dragonborn, I hired you six months ago to retrieve my item from a draugr-infested dungeon. Please get off your rear end or I will have to send some other fool to their almost-certain death."

I've got the strangest glitch, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix it. For reference, my mod list is here, but I'm not sure what in it could be causing the issues. Basically the AI of every character who was in the thieves guild when i first entered it is broken. What this looks like is every character standing next to where they would be normally sitting and never moving. I can still talk to them and accept and complete any quests but they never move from that location. This does not apply to any of the member that joins after you join the guild or any of the shopkeepers you can get by doing reputation quests. This is a problem because any time there's a quest that requires Mercer or Brynjolf to be somewhere there AI will refuse. Most of the time something forces them to cooperate and it ends up working out, but, in 2 cases the game is just broken. First, Mercer never left the guild to go to Snow Viel Sanctum. Talking to him in the guild triggered the dialogue that normally happens when you meet him there, but he never left. I was able to use the console to unlock the door, and then jump to the cutscene after you meet Karliah, and everything played out fairly normally after that. Second, at the end of Blindsighted, the glitch with Brynjolf's AI means that when the cutscene at the end of the quest plays as soon as he gets controlled the game's scripting just sort of breaks. The cutscene doesn't advance any further, and everyone just sort of stands around. Any attempts to fix this in the console end with an essential Mercer having no AI and no real solution to anything. So, I'm hoping someone here might have some idea of how I can fix this, even if it's just a workaround for this one instance.

Thanks Internet posted:I've got the strangest glitch, and I'm hoping someone can help me figure out how to fix it. If that does not fix it, your savegame is hosed. It sounds like a missing or faulty navmesh, i'd bet on one of those interior overhaul mods or inn overhauls (Ragged Flagon is a inn, kinda). Did you delete navmeshes in TESEdit or something trying to clean mods? If so that's also a likely culprit.

In awful modding news the nexus is debating allowing authors the ability to exclude others from making patches to their work or use their mod as a master or modify it in any way without explicit permission and have the right to take down those that are contrary to their 'artistic vision'. Its currently in the author only forum but if you are one you can read it here. Arthmoor is of course crusading for it. He has argued that dynamic patchers like wrye bash, ASIS, or Automatic Variants don't violate it since they do not distribute anything. I offered to make a dynamic patch that changed the oblivion gates in his mod to disabled and since it doesn't distribute any of his work it should be fine with him. Any suggestions for a name for that patcher? I was thinking Automatic Gatecrasher. Anyone who has access to the modder forum should go and point out how stupid it is.
