The Hot Toys DeLorean is amazing. I'll get some shots of it tomorrow (I'm sure you can find some now with a small bit of looking).

It's easily going to be $400 though.

Wow I couldn't even see those gold eye details in stills/promos for the actual movie. That's some quality right there (and a nice subtle nod to the original Gamora design).

They have REALLY stepped up the game since the Black Widow figure from The Avengers. I forget if they offered one for Iron Man 2, but I remember the first Widow not really looking all that spectacular.

Gamora is looking amazing though. Face sculpt is dead on perfect.

They've done a Widow for all 3 movies she's in.

The Cap 2 one looks really good too.

Man, that NECA Ripley is the most disappointing thing. Looks absolutely nothing like her. At all. In any way. Now, I'm hoping it's just for weird licensing reasoning, but if that's seriously their final-ish sculpt, then gently caress NECA forever.

The Hot Toys Alien Ripley looks pretty good though. I'd rather have an Aliens Ripley, but not with a Power Loader.

Man, that's the Cable figure I wished I could get in 1991, when I was 13. But people are saying it's short for a Marvel Select figure, so it might fit in perfectly with the shorter Legends. If I get it, it'll be my first Select figure.

Hello Carnage with claw hands. I'm excited for Cable also, but I do love me spiderman foes. Maybe a Hobgoblin or Scorpion is in the mix. Has there been a list released of upcoming?

The eyes kill it for me then. It just doesn't look like her. 9 times out of 10 I'm OK with it not being a perfect likeness. But this figure was in the "works" so to speak for years and years. I kinda would like a perfect Ripley. I mean, I'm still going to buy it, but gently caress.

Even Hot Toys' one is kinda off.

Sigourney Weaver is like Harrison Ford and it seems impossible to translate her into plastic. Toys range from abysmal to something not quite right.

I think the NECA one looks fine. For a 20 dollar mass market figure I am not expecting Hot Toys quality, and even so I think the sculpt and paint look perfectly fine. It looks like Ripley from Alien to me.

That Cable would probably be just fine with a Marvel Legends set. Remember that it's 90's Cable and they always drew him like he was 9 feet tall and wider than a truck. He'll fit right in.

The Hot Toys one, on the other hand, looks pretty bad by Hot Toys standards.

Maybe it's just photographed poorly, but for my money the NECA one is a better buy.

Club exclusive is a naked he-man named Oo-lar. But he's just a naked heman he doesn't even have shoes. I love that Arrow is nothing but a horse with a Mohawk, it will fit will with Swiftwind the luchador Pegasus.
