That's a lot more understandable than the time Rooney, who was on like 100k/week at the time, used a half off coupon on like a £4 burger.

For an aggressive style, you might want to check out whichever team is currently managed by Tony Pulis. This year that'll be Crystal Palace.

Watch a few games (the league starts next week) and decide for yourself who's aggressive and fast-paced. Asking an Internet forum who to support is lame.

Aggressive and fast paced? Sounds like the Premier League, a fail baby league for idiot clowns, is not for you Tremendous Taste. You should direct your attention to the Sky Bet Championship, imo.

Fundamentally, we don't want you here.
I'm sorry but that's why you get the response "watch a few games and see for yourself".
If you can't be arsed to obtain a very basic understanding of the game then to be honest your posts will be poo poo and your contribution negligible so we'd prefer it if you just went somewhere else.

I don't have a familiarity with the premier league, and I don't intend on posting itt outside of asking for advice on who I might enjoy following!

In fact I won't post in a pl thread again regardless out of respect for your sensibilities; though I'd appreciate a sincere recommendation or two it's well within your rights to ignore an honest request

If you don't have the time to watch a few different teams playing over the next few weeks then perhaps following a foreign league is not for you. Is there a time limit you have to make your choice or something?

Watch the MLS and support your local team

Liverpool were very direct and attacking last year and scored a huge amount of goals, I think they are exactly what you are looking for. Most of their games will have times moved to suit it's growing American fan base so viewing will be a treat.

I understand that West Ham don't seem like a winning team, Tremendous Taste, but nothing says fast and aggressive like bypassing the midfield altogether and having a big ginger lump kick the ball very hard at the head of a big greasy lump standing 70 meters away and them both running very hard into everyone

Stoke City have Brek Shea, Geoff Cameron and Maurice Edu, who is so American he's playing in the MLS.

Alternatively, go here: http://www.random.org/integers/

Set it to pick a number between 1 and 20. Refer your answer to the current, alphabetised Premier League table. Using this scientific method I derived Southampton. This is a good club to support if you are a foreign because you can day trip there from London, and the rest of the UK will terrify you with their regional accents and reasonable prices.
