when i lived in portland there was a gas station near my house that had an incredible selection of premium beers and a nepalese guy worked there who claimed to be an off season sherpa

i was laughing about it but then i looked it up because sherpa could just mean 'mountain guide' not necessarily everest guide so i dont know. it's totally possible that he carreied backpacks for white people in nepal. it's essentialy the same thing as working in retail in portland.
