Number of good games on WiiU: 2. Number of good games made by Notch: 1. I dunno, I think the WiiU still wins.

Yeah guys we can acknowledge Notch has lovely taste in games without also making him out to be a horrible person. (Also his own personal opinion probably has little to do with whether Minecraft will come to Wii U since he has other people running the company for him.) e; never mind google figured it out for me.

PS4 horror demo that's a teaser for the new Silent Hill that Kojima is working on

It's an atmospheric horror teaser game on the PS4. It's full of weird and obtuse gameplay with a pretty big reveal at the end which has probably been spoiled for you if you read gaming news. I thought the concept was neat, but the game itself is repetitive by nature and frustratingly obtuse.

I saw a bumper sticker on a car today that said, "MINECRAFT", and no bumper stickers that said, "WII U". so maybe Notch and the Wii U are more equal than you're indicating. Anyone who would have a Minecraft or WiiU bumper sticker is literally the worst, but I'm pretty sure there is more Nintendo merchandise in the wild than Minecraft stuff.

Holy poo poo, that's what I'd expect from Playstation 5. Ironically the super realism makes the monster attack look more hilarious than frightening.

In the meantime, here's a great playthrough of the demo without commentary. I definitely recommend watching the first ten minutes or so. Real impressive stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vtrGF0ZTRc

Constantly being trapped in the same area with things slightly changing and the ever-building tension the atmosphere builds is actually really impressive. It kind of makes me think of what a current day Eternal Darkness would feel like if it were more horror and less action.

Is there an issue with getting the Wii Metroid Prime trilogy through GameStop...? I thought I remembered someone mentioning fakes or some sort of nonlegit printing or something weird through GameStop before in this thread, but I wasn't 100% sure. There's a copy at my local GameStop for about $40, so I was thinking about picking it up.

Right now the only thing the PS4 has got going for me is Kingdom hearts 3, and that'll probably end up out at the end of its lifespan

Kingdom Hearts 3 will come out and be a straight 40 hour long tube with no stats or equipment and it'll spend 39 of the hours explaining the square button to you. The only buttons that do anything will be up and square

What it was is GameStop essentially commisioned a reprint from Nintendo and then rather than sell new copies at MSRP, they opened them up and sold them as "used" at a higher price. $40 is a fine price for it, feel free.

Hey so for how long has the Wii U been doing the most sinister thing ever? I couldn't get internet reliably until I bought the ethernet thing, about a day ago my gamepad just turned itself on with the Smash Bros Challenger sale, telling me to buy each Megaman game for the quite reasonable £1.74 ea, there are other things I don't care so much about too.

If you seriously have such low impulse control that a single-screen advertisement runs this risk of leaving you destitute, how did you manage to scrape together enough money to get a Wii U in the first place? Also, you can always Opt Out of the ads. Its no more sinister than "Hey, buy a Big Mac" in the middle of a TV show.

Personally, I like how the 360 handles its advertisements, by plastering them everywhere on the dashboard. Especially the ads that have nothing to do with video games.
