That's pretty loving good. I love it, especially because I drew it. I am not actually Norman Rockwell.
Seems a bit, stagnant though. Hobo's always on the move. Clint gettin' all the attention, as he probably should, but I think we can go d e e p e r.

I'd vote to crop the green/blue neon one out and just get the two rotating. Continuity of colors, would even look like it's a jump-cut camera shot from close up on face to pistolero posin'.
The technicolor "I'm Gay" just screams poetry in art, though.

there are a lot less old hobo pics out there than clint pics 
I appreciate the effort, some good ones there. I like the original Norman Rockwell best, I'd just love some help animating it. Maybe get some of that ember cherry action on the spliff, ala the Clint one. Maybe get that feather on the hat spinning and we could call it perfect. Those ideas are beyond my photoshop/paint skills in gif makin'.
