Those style of ear buds don't really fit in my ears, so I didn't even open it. I bought the $25 Turtle Beach chat headset, it reminds me of a bulkier but nicer version of the wired 360 headset. Would like a nice wireless chat headset, though.

I don't remember anyone claiming to be a big fan of Knack, it got a poor reception even at launch. Killzone Shadowfall was the one that everyone bought, forced themselves to be really excited about for a week, and then got over.

Has anyone else had issues with the R2 hinge breaking? I figured the first one was a fluke but I had another one break on me last night. Maybe I'm just a dumb caveman who mash button hard but I've never had this issue with any other controller.

Just make sure to watch that video above along with a tutorial on how to pull it apart in the first place so you don't have to do it twice. The sticks feel great. Much better quality rubber and grip. They are a little taller but I don't think it will take long to get used to.

How is the Gold sound quality? I have a pair of Skullcandy earbuds with a mic that aren't amazing quality by any means but do pack a considerable bass punch. The problem is the soundcuts out kind of regularly for reasons I can't explain. Everyone satisfied with their Gold set?I loving hate tinny sound, which is my main concern.

Welp, Metro 2033 is basically all "gently caress you if you want to progress" when they bring out flying monsters that pick you up, drop you in the most buggiest way possible, then pick you back up before you gain control of your character. And right after a forced fight sequence, good job I sure love hearing that Yellow Snow over and over again.

I think the development of the first episode in the series went somehow along these lines "and then Cole has to decide to save 20 doctors and a puppy dog OR his girlfriend, and he tries to save his girlfriend but future cole kills her And someone answered, "hey, but that's an evil thing! Why don't we make it a choice and put trophies for both choices?", so Sucker Punch tacked on the morality system.

They are comfy (I've a big head, so I can't take it for granted that 'cans' will be comfy), battery life seems decent, sound quality seems acceptably good, and I've had good experiences with voice quality too. They definitely aren't the best cans I've used in my life ever, but they definitely vindicate themselves in use. I will say that I, personally, I'm not conviced by their profile-configurable 'boost' mode, but A) there are different profiles, and B) you don't have to use the mode at all anyway. Edit: My day-to-day audio solution are a pair of Future Sonics Atrio buds, and I used to use them for gaming too, but hey, no mic. For me, the Gold headset is the best combination of audio+mic with some useful others features.
