That's the best way to start a new page. Also I love how "anime swordsman" is a complaint. What other kinds of swordsman are you expecting in this giant crossover of Japanese titles? Of course they're gonna be anime. And swords are awesome and better than more punches, there's a whole lot of punches already, even more than swords ya know. And above all else, to complain about Shulk being just another anime swordsman you have to be willfully denying everything you saw in the reveal trailer today. He can see the future and switch between five different modes. That's hella different from anyone else in the cast. Shulk owns and anyone says differently is just trying to show how cool they are for hating on animes.

Now that you mention it, that doesn't seem to make a whole lot of sense. From what I understand, a 2.1GB game would still be shipping on a 4GB cart, so I don't get why they wouldn't fill that extra space with music or whatever else they have lying around.

I wonder how Ridley's boss status is going to work anyways. We already know that when the Yellow Devil is defeated he explodes taking out anyone nearby that isn't the shot that killed him. So what is Ridley going to do when you defeat him? It's going to be super lame if all of the bosses just explode, so I don't see that happening.

But if the bosses all go out differently, he'll probably do some kind of big blast or laser at the stage and then run off for a while. Overall the same concept and result, most likely, just a different visual effect.

So I know the Final Five thing is a bit out there, but what would everyone's ideal Final Five be? I love the idea of Sami with Snake's moves, I'd like to see Professor Layton in there because we know he is drat good with a sword (but not another swordsman oh noooo), Neku Sakuraba would be amazing with all his different pins (and a gigantic Tin Pin Slammer Final Smash where he just flings a bunch of tin pins around that KO whoever they hit), and then Bayonetta and Waluigi to round it out.

I'd love to have Neku because there's a shitton of potential variety there, like Palutena and Megaman combined, plus a potential Ice Climbers-esque setup with your partner under control of the AI (Neutral B performs a combination attack, changing your Neutral B changes which partner's with you. Final Smash is Lv. 3 fusion ofc) Or Tin Pin Slammers, can't go wrong with Tin Pin.

The thing that bothers me about the Fire Emblem characters is in Fire Emblem there are a ton of character types. Sword, Spear, Axe, Magic, and Archery. Yet in three games and five or six characters from the series there has only ever been sword guys, with one of them being half a magic guy. How about Lyn as a spear fighter, or someone as an Axe fighter?
