Aw yeah, crosswinds. And they're really stepping on the gas up front, the peloton has already fractured a couple of times. Tasty.

It wasn't pretty and I thought he might be relegated. He had so much more speed than anyone else though, don't think it made a difference.

Almost guaranteed to rain tomorrow, watch for Froome tumbling up the mountain.

I'm on the fence but either way I thought it was really goddamn precious the swerve was coming from the guy who called for Degenkolb to get relegated the other day.

Perhaps if the racer wasn't the new French sprint superstar we'd have had a relegation yesterday :tinfoil:

I was pretty impressed by Contador today. Really didn't think he'd have it in him. Second most impressive was Kiryienka and his open jersey. What a madman.

Anyway, is there any way to force a namechange on someone IRL? Because there's a typo in Winner Anaconda's last name and it's driving me up the wall. Thank you, Paddyb, for not triggering me.

2007 is a year that will always stick with me, it was just blow after blow, if it were to happen today I feel pro cycling would be dead in the water. It all comes to a head on stage 16. TDF 2007 - Stage 16 recap This used to be on youtube, if anything just watch the first few minutes and then cut to 45:00min, they sign off with a "good night", but wait at 45:20 there is one last announcement!

Then even later Rasmussen, the yellow jersey is pulled from the race!

In previous years there was just as much if not more excitement off the road.

Now that I've seen the replay a hundred times it actually looks like he handled the crash fairly well. Like, if you're gonna crash into a guardrail going 50 km/h that's probably the way to do it.
