I really hate Capital G but just about everything else on YZ is pretty great IMO. In some ways I even like it better than the Fragile

Capital G sounds like a reject Manson single processed through Garage band distortion. EDIT: I really, really like the updated version of Sanctified and I kinda wish he would update a few more tracks that way. I'd really like an updated version of The Only Time. He ripped the bridge from it for the new(er) live version of Closer but I think it'd be good as its own song. Donovan Trip fucked around with this message at 22:43 on Sep 5, 2014 |

I never gave him a fair shake but holy gently caress that Red album is pretty great. I've been on a Big Black Delta kick and this is a great companion.

Yeah it just starts automatically on the desktop version when you go to https://nin.com, but if you continue to the site past that initial page, it stops playing.

What if you could always have the perfect music for each moment effortlessly? Well, either drives would be shorter, kisses deeper, inspiration would flow, memories would flood, you'd fall in love every night and life would be infused with magic, or: quote:Apple is planning to shut down Beats Music, Techcrunch reports. It's been just nine months since the streaming music service launched, and only four months since Apple acquired parent company Beats Electronics for $3 billion. Quoting "several prominent sources" at Apple, Techcrunch says that many of Beats Music's engineers have been moved on to other projects—such as iTunes, Apple's long-existing listening platform. No timeline has been set for the shuttering.

On store.nin.com, you can now listen to 4 tracks from the Gone Girl soundtrack and pre-order it on vinyl/CD/digital. You can also listen to the new tracks on SoundCloud. The Way He Looks At Me loving owns. And there's a lot of synth weirdness going on in Sugar Storms. Just Like You sounds like one of the songs from The Sims.

Apple just buys stuff like that and kills it. If they wanted to have a version of Spotify, they could have done it when they bought and killed lala.com. I bet they just wanted the headphones.

I was pretty sure that purchase was all about the song fingerprinting tech for iTunes Match, and maybe some infrastructure.

So uhhh, NIN changed their default photo on Facebook a few hours ago: That's the Gone Girl color scheme, but as we all know, NIN didn't do the Gone Girl soundtrack, Trent and Atticus did. So could this mean a new NIN release, maybe recorded at the same time as the Gone Girl sessions?
