Another week and the Diaper Sniper remains on the loose. At this point I'm pretty sure he just stole an extra uniform and brace of glowsticks and is wandering around the woods with the cops looking for himself and super excited about getting to play on the mobile jungle gym/the Rook.

What did the guy do, research at public libraries? It is interesting his family describes him as 'meticulous'.
